Shipping policy

Each Jowitt piece is made to order in our Sydney studio.

Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your item has been sent.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post Express or Courier, depending on your location.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch for metro areas and slightly longer for regional locations.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees charged by local authorities.

Delivery Issues

Once dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hi@jowitt.co and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
