Handmade in our Sydney studio, Keyring 02 is a linear interpretation of the keyring — pared back, purposeful, and tactile. Built from three layers of leather, it has a satisfying weight and density in the hand, with a calm, architectural presence.

The elongated form emphasises proportion and balance, while the layered construction gives it depth and substance without unnecessary detail. Finished with hand-stitched construction, hand-burnished edges, and a nickel-plated keyring, it’s designed to be handled daily and to age beautifully over time.

About the Leather

Produced by Wickett & Craig, one of America’s oldest and most respected tanneries, this English Bridle Leather is known for its rich colour, subtle sheen, and enduring quality. Each hide is full-grain and vegetable-tanned in Pennsylvania using traditional methods, then hot-stuffed with waxes and oils to create a smooth, refined surface. With a slightly softer hand, it reveals a gentle pull-up and natural warmth that develops beautifully with use, gaining depth and character over time.

Leather Character

Leather is a natural material, and no two hides are ever the same. Subtle variations in colour, tone, and surface markings are a hallmark of genuine full-grain leather. These natural characteristics — slight creases, grain textures, or small marks — reflect the life of the hide and the traditional processes used in its tanning. Each piece is unique, with its own individual character that will continue to evolve beautifully with age and use.
